Welcome to Athly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and waitlist. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

Athly is currently in development. We're building a productivity app for student-athletes, and right now we're only collecting emails from people interested in being notified when we launch.

2. The Waitlist

When you join our waitlist:

• You provide your email address voluntarily
• You agree to receive emails from us about Athly
• You can unsubscribe at any time
• Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't obligate you to anything

3. What We Promise

• We won't spam you
• We won't share or sell your email
• We'll notify you when Athly launches
• We'll send occasional updates about our progress

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address
• Don't sign up with fake or someone else's email
• Don't attempt to abuse or disrupt our website

5. Intellectual Property

The Athly name, logo, and website content are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission.

6. No Guarantees

Our website is provided "as is." While we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, we can't guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee early access, special pricing, or any specific features when we launch.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we launch the full Athly app, we'll provide comprehensive terms covering all features and functionality.
